ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member with Dave Childres State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

The position is part time and the days and hours would be reviewed prior to hiring in an attempt to help the agency and offer a flexible schedule. The annual salary reflects a wide range, based on hours that work best for the team member and the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contact current and potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Experience in an office setting
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Insurance License preferred, but not required initially (training for licensing provided)
Compensation: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

- Our office is open 9am to 5pm, M-F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1993.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
